Oenostagma is an important chapter in the research of Helession and it resulted from the productive procedure of ancient Greek oenos as a new valuable gift.
It is a distillate of natural wine (Akratos oenos), 2 years old, of 40 degrees alcohol. It contains only ethyl alcohol and none of the harmful alcohols. It is a fundamental companion of the liver against toxic alcohols.
Its taste is clean, full, genuine. It does not burn the tongue or throat, but it warms up the insides of the body…
It constitutes the base for the cognac, but it does not contain caramel or sugar.
When mixed with Stafylomelo, it gives us an amazing vegetable rakomelo (a mixture of a high alcohol drink with honey)!
